Hotel Perrichon is a private hotel located in the town of Châteauroux, in the department of Indre. Its construction dates back to at least 1680, as evidenced by the earliest known mention. This building is distinguished by its monumental portal, with a arch in the middle of a hanger and footers in the shape of curved pilasters. It illustrates the civil architecture of this period, marked by a search for elegance and symmetry.

The central building body of Hotel Perrichon separates the entrance courtyard from the garden, framed by two wings in return. This typical arrangement of the mansions of the time reflects a spatial organization designed to combine functionality and prestige. The facades and roofs, as well as the entrance gate, were listed as historic monuments by order of 17 December 1970, thus recognizing their heritage value.
