The church Saint-Loup de Cézy is a religious building located in the commune of Cézy, in the department of Yonne, in the region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Its construction spans several centuries, with elements dating from the thirteenth, seventeenth and second half of the nineteenth century. This monument thus reflects the architectural and cultural evolutions of these periods, while remaining anchored in the local landscape.

They served not only as a place of worship, but also as a gathering point for social, political and cultural events. Throughout the centuries, these buildings have often been redesigned to adapt to the changing needs of the faithful and to architectural styles in vogue, while maintaining traces of their medieval or modern past.
