Origin and history
The cross of intersection of Rupt-sur-Saône is an emblematic monument located in the commune of the same name, in Haute-Saône. Dated from 1603, it belongs to the 1st quarter of the 17th century, a period marked by a strong religious and symbolic presence in the French countryside.
