The Saint-Barthélémy church of Boô, classified as a Historical Monument, has a hybrid structure reflecting three distinct epochs: the 12th century for its Romanesque foundations, the 18th century for its square bell tower and its polychrome marble door (pink, grey, with a Saint-Jacques shell motif), and the 19th century for interior design. The bell tower, overlooking the west entrance, houses a bentier embedded in a small room accessible by two steps. Its interior reveals a choir occupied by an 18th century altarpiece, painted in trompe-l'oeil and supported by four columns adorned with foliage, crowned with a firepot entable.

The nave is distinguished by a wooden vault decorated with stars on a blue background, decorated with yellow and red pendant keys. A wooden stand occupies the back of the church, highlighting its liturgical and community use. The building, registered by decree of 18 June 1986, belongs to the municipality of Boô-Silhen (Hautes-Pyrénées).
