This house, located in Villefranche-sur-Saône in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, dates from the 4th quarter of the 15th century and the 1st quarter of the 16th century. It is representative of the civil architecture of this period of transition between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, marked by late Gothic influences and the beginnings of reborn styles. His staircase on street, a remarkable architectural element, was inscribed as a Historical Monument by order of 6 November 1929.
