Origin and history

The House located on the northwest of the Cour d'Assé is a building located in the town of Le Mans, Sarthe ( Pays de la Loire region). This monument, whose facades on the courtyard and roof are protected, was inscribed under the title of Historical Monuments by order of 13 March 1945. Although its exact period of construction is not specified, its registration reflects its local heritage significance.
