Origin and history
Hotel de Kersalio is a private hotel located in the Croisic, in the Loire-Atlantique department, in the Pays de la Loire region. Its inside staircase, of ramp-on-rampe type, is the protected element, inscribed as historical monuments since 17 December 2021. The building is located at 10-11 Quai de la Petite Chambre, on cadastral plots AK 166 and 167.
The inscription concerns only the staircase and its cage, highlighting their architectural value.
