Origin and history
This house, located in La Rochelle, in the Charente-Maritime department, is a monument listed in the inventory of Historical Monuments. Its remarkable element is an arcade, protected by ministerial decree in 1928. The building is located at 19 rue des Merciers, in an emblematic district of the city centre, although the accuracy of its current location is considered poor (note of 5/10).
