Origin and history

The Musée des traditions agricoles du Ségala is an establishment dedicated to the preservation and transmission of historical agricultural practices in the Ségala region. Located in the town of Pradinas, Occitanie, this museum offers an overview of the techniques and tools used by past generations to cultivate land and raise livestock in this land with marked relief. The Segala, a rural and agricultural region, has long lived at the pace of the seasons and the fields.

Local communities, organized around agriculture and livestock, have developed specific know-how adapted to their environment. Tous les jours en juillet et aout. Le reste de l'année, les animations ont lieux à 15h00, uniquement pendant les vacances scolaires, les jours fériés, et les dimanches.
