起源和历史

餐厅原为Chartier both,于1903年被安装在蒙帕纳斯大道上的一个老油店. 其由路易·特雷泽尔(Louis Trézel)所签名的以木作为标志的"艺术新装饰"(Art Nouveau decor)反映了当时的美学. 这些元素是20世纪早期巴黎酿酒厂的典型,其设计目的是在功能和优雅的环境中吸引受欢迎和资产阶级的客户.
