Origin and history
The Crown Inn is an emblematic 15th-century building located in Saint-Flour, Cantal department. This monument, which is now protected, is distinguished by its medieval architecture, including its sled windows, low arched doors and arched cellars. Over the centuries, the inn has played a strategic role. In 1591, she served as headquarters at Philibert d'Acphier, then governor of Saint-Flour, stressing its usefulness in local conflicts.
