Some boiler, including well (see AH 13): inscription by order of 9 October 1989
Origin and history
La Chaumière de Some is a monument located in the commune of Cervon, Burgundy-Franche-Comté. This building, whose location is estimated to be satisfactory, has been included in the inventory of Historic Monuments since 1989. The protection order covers both the cottage itself and its well, located on cadastral plot AH 13.
Today, the site belongs to an association, but information on its access (visits, accommodation or rental) is not specified in the available sources. The cottages, typical of rural areas, often reflect vernacular architecture and the traditional lifestyles of the French countryside. In Burgundy-Franche-Comté, these houses were generally linked to agricultural or artisanal activities, playing a central role in the social organisation of the villages.
Their preservation, like that of the Chaumière de Certain, allows to testify to this material and intangible heritage, although the details specific to its history or its occupants remain unknown.
