The church of Saint-Gervais de Caux is a Catholic religious building located in the commune of Caux, in the department of Hérault, in the Occitan region. Built between the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries, it is distinguished by remarkable architecture, including its apse with seven externally and circularly inside. A band at the base of the vault, partially cut in the 14th century, reflects the modifications made to enlarge the middle bay.
