Origin and history

Saint Quentin de Saint-Quentin-de-Chalais is a Catholic building located in the Charente department, New Aquitaine. Built mainly in the second half of the 12th century, it underwent major modifications in the 15th century, including the addition of side chapels in the 14th century. Its architecture combines a vaulted nave in a cradle, reinforced by double arches carried by half-columns, while the cross of the transept and the nave supports the bell tower.
