Origin and history

The church Sainte-Madeleine de Châteaugay is a religious building located in the commune of Châteaugay, in the department of Puy-de-Dôme (63), in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. This monument, whose location is estimated as fair, is listed in the Merimée base under Insee code 63099. Although his period of construction was not specified, he was classified as a Historical Monument, with specific protection for his western gable, which was registered by decree on 21 January 1926.
