Origin and history

The house at 15 Marengo Street on Aix Island is a monument listed in the Historical Monuments Inventory. His classification, which came into effect on 5 May 1931, specifically concerns his facade and roof, architectural elements considered remarkable. The building is representative of the built heritage of this iconic island of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, marked by its maritime and strategic history.
