The Juillard property, located at 8 Wagram Avenue in Maisons-Laffitte, is a house built during the 2nd quarter of the 19th century. His architectural style is attributed to the architect Duval, although this attribution remains hypothetical. The building has undergone subsequent modifications, including the addition of a wing and the transformation of the roof in the 20th century.

The property has been protected as historical monuments since 19 February 1981, with an inscription specifically covering the facades and roofs of the building. This ranking shows its heritage interest in the context of bourgeois residences of the first half of the 19th century in Île-de-France.

Located in the Yvelines, this house illustrates the rise of elegant private buildings in the peri-urban communes of Paris under the July monarchy. Its architecture reflects the stylistic tendencies of the time, mixing classicism and romantic influences, characteristic of the homes of the affluent bourgeoisie of this period.
