The gardens, i.e. the floors of the parcels of the garden as well as the masonry and garden factories: the terrace of the south courtyard; the formal Italian-inspired garden below the southern courtyard with the two corner pavilions in its entirety, the fountain and the staircase on which it rests; the three terraces built on the back of the house with their support walls; the upper valley with the two basins, the canal and the pagoda; the central part with the fountain Saint-Fiacre and its small pond, the pond, the basin decorated with a mask in bas-relief, the basin that succeeds it and its staircase of water; the valley of the bottom with the horse, the basin before the cave, the Italian cave with the basin and the paved path; the former manorial house recomposed by P. Wolkonsky for its facades and roofs (excluding buildings on either side of the north entrance of the garden and on the south-west of the house); the dovecote (cf. Origin and history

The gardens of Kerdalo extend over 18 hectares in the commune of Trédarzec (Côtes-d的Armor), along a valley descending towards the river Judy. Created in 1965 by Prince Peter Wolkonsky, they combine an English landscape style with Italian and exotic elements: terraces planted with Mediterranean plants, Chinese pagoda, caves decorated with shells, and waterfall basins. The "garden of the four squares", a formal Italian inspiration, and the ponds bordered by Brazilian Gunneras illustrate this stylistic diversity. The manor house, recomposed from agricultural buildings, evokes a 17th century house with reworked facades and roofs.

In 1965, Peter Wolkonsky turned an old farm into a manorial ensemble, digging water pieces and edifying pavilions, fountains and an Italianizing cave. After his death in 1997, his daughter Isabelle and her husband Timothy Vaughan, a landscaper, restored the gardens damaged by the storms of 1987 and 1999. In 2021, the creator Christian Louboutin acquired the estate. Ranked a remarkable garden in 2005 and listed at the Historic Monuments in 2007, the gardens were hailed in 2025 as one of the 25 most beautiful in the world by the New York Times, thanks to the involvement of landscape designer Louis Benech.

The official protections underline their heritage value: inscription of the floors, masonry constructions (pavillons, terraces, pagoda, cave), and dovecote. The manorial house, although recomposed, retains 17th century architectural elements. The gardens combine historical heritage and contemporary creation, with spaces such as the upper valley (bassins, pagoda) or the lower valley (grotte, path dallé), reflecting a unique artistic vision in Brittany.
