Origin and history

The house at 31, rue du Bain-aux-Plantes is a historic monument located in Strasbourg, in the Bas-Rhin department. This building, typical of Alsatian architecture, is distinguished by its half-timbered structure, a traditional construction technique in this region. Its classification as a historical monument in 1927 shows its heritage importance and its preservation as a representative example of the medieval or reborn local building.
