Origin and history
The house in Brux, dating from the 15th century, is classified as a Historic Monument for its first floor window. This architectural detail features a braided lintel decorated with a bat head carved in its tip. The support of the window also has symbolic motifs: a star, a rosette and an open book, typical of late Gothic art.
The protected element, inscribed by decree of 17 April 1935, illustrates the know-how of the artisans of the time.
