Origin and history

Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre Castle is a historical monument located in the municipality of the same name, in the department of Indre (Centre-Val de Loire region). Its remains, partially preserved, bear witness to an architectural heritage whose exact origin and period of construction are not specified in the available sources. The site is now owned by the municipality, and its listing in the inventory of Historic Monuments, by order of 22 June 1939, underlines its local heritage importance.
