Origin and history
Ladapeyre Road Cross is a historical monument located in the Creuse department of New Aquitaine. Dating from the 16th century, it is located at the entrance of the village, on departmental road 11. This type of cross, common in the French countryside, often served as a religious landmark or symbol for travellers and local inhabitants.
Classified as a Historical Monument by order of 27 December 1924, this cross is now owned by the municipality of Ladapeyre.
