Origin and history

The Château Bosset is a building located in Durtal, in the department of Maine-et-Loire, in the Pays de la Loire region. Built mainly in the 15th and 17th centuries, it is distinguished by its architecture combining these two periods. The house of the 15th century, as well as the porch-pigeon and the fence wall, were inscribed in historical monuments by order of 1 July 1987. The chapel, dating from the 4th quarter of the 15th century, was classified by decree of 26 January 1989, stressing its heritage importance.
