Origin and history

The Écomusée de la pomme au Calva, also known as Grand Jardin au Sap-en-Auge, is located in the municipality of Sap in Normandy. This site is dedicated specifically to the promotion of apple heritage and the production of calvados, two emblematic elements of the region.
