Origin and history
The Sarda de Caumont House, located in Auriac-sur-Vendinelle, is an outbuilding of an old 15th century castle. This historic monument is uniquely decorated with three cruciform windows, typical of Renaissance architecture. The more richly decorated central window features mouldings decorated with thistle leaves and animal motifs, framed by pinnacles and a countercurve arch.
